THE VISION
In 2001, the Lord began speaking to me about a fellowship of small and mid-size churches who are bi-vocational and young and/or new to the pastoral ministry. He spoke to me about those who want and need someone to partner with them as they seek to do the ministry God has called them to do.
The vision for the Berean Fellowship of Churches came to me that summer. During my time of prayer and study, I came across a passage in Acts 17 that mentioned the city of Berea, a place where Paul went after being rejected, wounded and driven out of Thessalonia. I thought to myself, pastors need a place of acceptance and affirmation, a place of welcome and yes, love even when the ministry that they are engaged in is what ushers the pain into their lives. God has given me a great opportunity to share and equip pastors for what lies ahead by presenting to you some of the most influential pastors of our time, and tools that will be essential to the development of your ministry. |

SPIRITUAL
In whatever capacity we serve, the church is more than a building, it is a community, family and symbol of our faith and assurance in Christ. Those you touch will see and feel the presence of the Lord through you. |
LEADERSHIP
The Church is lead by those were inspired and appointed by God, and have a calling on their lives to do a miraculous work in the name of Jesus Christ, we hope this conference will speak to you in defining ways to positively impact your ministry. |
