If you’re asking that question, it’s probably for you! Everyone on Berean staff is expected to be a leader, regardless of their role. Similarly, we believe that anyone who feels a weight of responsibility in their local church or ministry is a leader and should be seen, strengthened, and celebrated.

“Church leaders” don't just serve in traditional ministry roles like pastor, elder, or worship leader. The faithful servants in IT, operations, HR, media, communications, and administration are doing critical Kingdom work. 

That’s why all sessions and services are relevant to all church staff positions, church leaders and church members. And because the church is not one-size-fits-all, this conference isn’t, either! God works in both large and small congregations in unique ways, and our goal is to be relevant and helpful to you whether your weekly attendance is 25, 250 or 25,000.

The venue is located in south-east Columbus with downtown just a short 10 minute drive away where there are a ton of restaurants, and fun activities.

1. Three-day pass to all conference sessions and breakouts. 
2. All exclusive conference materials (including post-conference video and audio recordings)

Yes, the recording for each session will be available 24 hours after the session has ended. You will be able to view presentations and bonus material within 6 months of the next years conference. 

The Berean Leadership Conference expects all guests to do what is best for their personal health and safety. Note that there will be no restrictions on the seating at the conference or any mask requirements.

All registeration sales are final. If you register and can no longer attend, you are welcome to transfer  to someone else provided an email . Please contact us for more information. 

In the event the conference is cancelled due to health concerns or other events outside of our control, our team will reach out to you with options.

Unfortantley lunch is not included in the price of your registration. 

There will be a food truck on-site available at your expense, alongisde resturants within driving distance. We have a list of recommeded resturants nearby.

Children under the age of 18 are permitted at the conference, under the supervision of their parent or guardian.  Registraion is required for them as well. Otherwise, infants and babies do not need a to register.
